📋 Eligibility
- a) The student withdraws from the processing or training (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/Duolingo/SAT/GRE) before any work or training has been initiated.
- b) The student encounters extenuating circumstances beyond their control that prevent them from continuing with the processing service or training.
- c) Refunds will not be granted once any processing work or training has commenced.

⚙️ Refund process
- a) To request a refund, the student must submit a written request to IVY's customer service department, explaining the reason and providing necessary documentation.
- b) Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by IVY's management team.
- c) If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
💰 Refund amount
- a) For any charged services, refunds will be issued for early service withdrawal, provided that the full processing fee has been paid.
- b) 100% refund within 5 working days (tax applicable).
- c) 50% refund will be granted if the claim is made within 5 to 20 working days (tax applicable).
- d) No refund will be issued after 30 days (tax applicable)*.
* tax applicable means GST will be deducted as per regulations.
🤝 Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and mediation.

IVY Overseas reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via email or through our website.
